KOPI better just expend those west cost states & areas with high nons population ratio (which I know is kinda hard since getting smaller by the year)

Exactly .. concentrate on west Malaysia from Johor up to Penang & Sabah/Sarawak is good enough. For Pahang, i think only Genting is doable.
