This is malaysia. Even for hybrid car u can feel the battery become hot with multiple hard accelerations.

Means the BMS is working lor.
The BMS has temp sensors too. Once it senses an over current, it cuts power to the motor controller. This also protects the battery. Quite possibly, the battery cooling system is inadequate for high speed overtaking. |
