Last time commision need wait 6 month to get , now many agency this month sell next month pay u dy . If sale is good la u think they will do this ? U think newbie agent will get same income with experience agent meh .

One of my prop agent drive a 6-series GT. But then she deal with those industrial buildings and factories. Imagine her transactions is in millions to 10 of millions.

Can buy mcd bro. Then add to expense claim as lunch with potential customer. My income depends bro. If I sell 1 RM1mil condo my commission 100k. Then 2 months no need work. I travel Laos, kongkek and come back then look for more biz.

Not to say scam, but if you think you are going to make a good living by solo-ing you will get your dreams shattered soon.

The last I heard, nearly every listing of subsale properties has a few teams pushing for the sale, once sold the commission will be split among the team with dunno matlan7 %.

Direct developer, i.e sales staff usually got fill commission, but usually at an agreed rates.

IQI is like GSRealty, no difference. In fact, most of IQI agents came from there.

Don’t forget that there’s agency fee deductible from ur earnings. So ur monthly target be like 10million to 40 million

If pre launch usually easier target. Subsale a bit harder but still possible.
