I can't use my mytnb at all since quite recent. My location is outside of Malaysia. Is anybody else in the same situation?

How do you guys manage or monitor your bills then?

Their customer service always replies to use Jompay but this is not the same as mytnb itself. How to even know the bill first, right?

Mytnb apps i can access using vpn singapore. It should be working at outside. What i notice is frequently can access during office hour in malaysia clock time. If after office hour or during weekend usually cant access

No problem accessing tnb app from overseas. I always overseas.

I link it to my maybank online banking account

Biasa je bang , after opis hours no need to think to much . Just boi-kot je .

Not accessible outside the country using their wifi.

But if you’re on roaming data then you can access it. Or just vpn.

same problem ... back and forth with TNB ... told me to use VPN, fill up forms etc ... even banks allow access from overseas, don't know why TNB makes it impossible to pay (not withdrawing fund) from overseas ...

Use VPN, hell even a simple DNS change can fix this.

Hi guys, I am so frustrated that couldn't access MyTNB recently and found this thread.

I was able to access all this while and suddenly lately I am not able to access.

From the app, it auto shutdown the app after login.
From the PC, on browser it loads very long and return error "This site can’t be reached"

if I changed my DNS to malaysia open-dns, still the same.

If I use VPN Malaysia or Singapore servers, straight away Forbidden 403 from main page mytnb.com.my

This is sucks man.

standard, here comp vpn ip also singapore, 403 forbidden, they probably blocking ip to prevent ddos , but end up inconvenience for legit user.

Same here. The phone app shuts down right after login. Found out for website, cannot use VPN. So with no VPN I can go to login page but still very slow loading and can't login still. Maybe it's cos of after 5pm office hour msian time.

Anyone found any solutions? Just Wanna know and monitor the bills n rates of usage.

I was able to use it without any problem until recently like started this month.

Cannot login to my tnb acct either apps or website, with and without VPN.

with VPN it was showing 403 forbidden error, without VPN it says website under maintenance.

Any solution?!

I’m also working overseas and having the same issue with the app.
Last month, when I was in KL, I went to Kedai Tenaga in Melawati and showed the problem to the staff.
She told me my phone was out of capacity
