Very quick question.
For subsale, if the property has no loan. Does the buyer's bank release the 90% funds to seller's bank account or to seller's lawyer.
Or need to imply condition for this arrangement? i.e direct seller account.

Why? Shouldnt it go accordance to SPA listed party? How does the lawyer's bank details come into the arrangement?

Banks will never release to the parties direct onelah... Always through lawyer. If seller no lawyer, the will go through buyer's lawyer.

So if seller takut kena tipu, then don't cheapskate share lawyer with buyer. Appoint your own.
