I bet even service centre cannot solve this problem. At most they will ask you to change SIM card.
You can hardly find professional, knowledgeable person in the telco call centre. Those are rare.
*
they talk like the service centre is a miracle house, this is when i know am being kicking around πŸ™Š

pathetic signal at my location, if this persists change telco is easier than phone πŸ™ˆ

Use which ever telco that has good coverage at your location, not just look at price. For me Hotlink works well both 4G and 5G at where I stay.
Tried and didn't work. Maybe will try reset network setting later and see.
*
did everything, problem persist and that’s the reason i called 123 πŸ™ˆ

Ya. I think Maxis updated the config. I also depend on vowifi always.
*
QUOTE(GamersFamilia @ Apr 3 2025, 10:44 AM)
So it's maxis problem not the latest update, maybe πŸ˜‰
*
I’ve called maxis, digi, apple support singapore, the case was pushed to their cs manager, spoke to him for a couple hours yesterday, show them screen shot and everything etc.

*although both telcos claim iOS update is the culprit πŸ™ˆ

IMHO as cheeloong1985 mention above, telco should adjust their system configuration to be compatible with whatever phone maker software.

doesn’t make sense to launch ios 18.4.1 just to solve maxis vowifi issue πŸ˜‚

Why do you need to turn on the airplane mode? πŸ€”πŸ”₯

my location have little to no signal for both telco,
to avoid them keep searching for network and waste energy, when connect to home wifi, put them in airplane mode is a no-brainer
