there's a shortcut for that

Steps:

    Open Shortcuts

    Tap +

    Set shortcut name.

    Tap Add Action.

    Find and select Open URL.

    Input prefs:root=Privacy&path=LOCATION as URL.  (iOS 18 =prefs:root=Privacy&Security&path=LOCATION)

    Tap Play icon in bottom right corner -> Location Services opens as expected.

    Tap menu icon in top right corner and then Add to Home screen.

    Go to home screen and tap created shortcut -> This will open up location services and you just have to tap the button to turn it off.
