What if you have the relevant experience but the second time you sent the cv there is a small change in the cv as you removed a company that was worked only for a few months. Will that be compared will they have a record of all the cv u have submitted previously.

Hard to say, but usually not such an issue. You might be asked about the gap in your employment history though.

Depending on company..

MNC might have previous records... And would ask why the difference & gaps between....
