So recently I managed to get offer from stanchart for technology graduate position. I think I’m gonna accept it given that the pay offerred is quite competitive for a freshie. On top of that, they also provide 6-week of bootcamp prior to assigning us with real work.

Just curious on what to expect during and upon completion of this program? Anyone here has experienced similar program?

Eager to know thoughts on the work culture in stanchart too, particularly for IT line. Would appreciate any comment with regards to working there, such as benefits, allowances (if any) and etc.

- Deliver your deliverables
- complete your studies / certifications if not yet done
- network with folks in and out of IT
- participate in company events
- work hard. Smart yes, but still, work like your life depends on it
