Just got myself a Martin Fields screen protector for this phone.

- Make sure you are in a dust free environment when applying the screen protector. The back surface of the screen protector is a dust magnet.
- The protector for the camera lens is just the size of the back panel hole. (Does not cover the entire glass) Cons : Difficult to make sure it's right in the center. I spent a good 10-20 mins just on this section of the phone only.

Great phone and I noticed it's a little bit faster when used with a 2GB miniSD. Anyone else had a similar experience ?

The RRP price if I'm not mistaken when the phone came out was RM 1680, Zitron set. (Action) Other shops was selling it way higher than this price

Users of this phone should update their firmware to the latest - ver 4.84. I was using the 4.81 and I experienced weird phone reboots, hangs and not to mention the Bluetooth transmission was bad during constant music playback.

It's not exactly a straight forward yes or no. It depends whether you press it very hard when sliding open the phone + you take the pains to clean the phone pad every now and then. That's why some people have plenty of scratches and some some people only have minor scratches. 100% no scratch - quite unlikely. (Unless you don't use the phone at all!)

Unless you mount your card (and it's not SD card ... it's micro SD) improperly, left the stainless steel cover open while phone is in operation, have a bad micro SD slot or have a bad cover which it will not press the safety switch (Or even a bad card) then it should be able to detect the card properly. I've heard people who have problems detecting the card but my few friends who had this phone did not have problems in this area.

Most of the 2.5mm to 3.5mm converter being sold in the Garage sales section would probably not support voice calls. I took a few months searching for the right converter myself. You have to be careful of your purchase of you'll end up listening to your IEM in mono.

I got mine off Mobile Brando which is selling for USD10. You can receive and answer voice calls using the converter and it has a volume control as well. (More importantly, the sound quality is good and it's in stereo) I have been using it for more than 1 week and it's working fine for me.

Did you check the volume level when you receive the call ? It happened to me once when I accidentally lower my volume to the lowest settings thus I don't hear anything from the caller.
