hi there ,my sis having problem with this phone now ,anyone experience charger not support problem?

this phone is only 2nd day old, 1st day having problem can't switch on, sent to them and they flashed firmware, at 1st thought nightmare comes to an end, but never knew ,when battery is running low, we tried to charge it with the charger comes with it, phone return an error "charger not supported" we are really very frustrated now
