I used to buy phones from sg.wang but i felt very worried each time i buy from them. So, for this 6500s, i bought at Nokia Center. It would be the best choice. Although the price is a lil higher but it worths. It is guaranteed original and will buy you a piece of mind.

For your info, both silver and black are at the same price. i bought the black edition at RM1,690 with 1GB memory.

the battery can lasts for a max of 2 days.... with average use of msging, call, camera, vid, music...

ya... just gotta accept the fact.. other than that.. no prob at all... everything at its best!
about the resetting to default ringtone.. for me.. it did reset to default.. when & only when u change the themes or profile(u can set a specific ring for each profile, so no worries on this part).. so whenever u change to diff themes remember to change ur ring tone too. This resetting to default ring is only applicable to the Ringtone but NOT the msg tone.

like i said b4... if u really wan to buy hp without any worries or headaches.. pls visit the nearest nokia center. you will feel the diff compared to when u buy from sg.wang or other places. for your info, i used to buy hps from sg.wang but ever since i bought this hp from nokia.. i dont feel like goin back to e old places.

For me... i have no feeling at all for N73 ME due to its appearance. Can be said that i dont like it at all. But i've browse through the specs of it n i found out that it's specs is very good compared to 6500s n in price wise, much more cheaper.

So if u r into music, i think N73ME would be a better option. 6500s's headset n speaker is a crap. i might be too harsh but prevly i have used w850i n it's music playing is far better than the 6500s. i might go for 3rd party headset though.

What do i think,

Appearance: 6500s
Features: N73 = 6500s
Music = definitely not 6500s using provided headset.

For others, pls make sure that u charge ur hp when it beeps for low batt. It wont give u time to say goodbye.. it will just off instantly when it wants to... so be ready with a charger...

anyway.. may i know how much is an ori batt? i wanted to get a desktop charger too.

i dont know about others but for me.. i would go for ori stuff.. especially e things that i liked. not to say waste money or not but it is the assurance that you will get from ori stuff. to all, no offence but i don't like the feeling of having non-orig stuff...

nothing happened to mine... all ringtones n themes are from memory card. my firmware is v4.84. no resetting. but one thing i noticed is that... whenever u take out the back plate (with the hp switched on) the ringtone & themes will reset. as if you have taken out the memory card. i guess this is due to the fact that the card is placed right at the top and it is kinda sensitive. other than that, there wont be any resetting.

not to scratch the lens of camera + the stainless steel body.... other than that.. nothing else...

anything will get scratched if you dont take care of it ie simply throw it around, not using protective case or hp case.
pls read the prev posts. i bought at nokia center. definitely no prob! the warranty sticker was on Feb n i bought it on the same month. so should be the latest batch.

i think as long as your firmware is v4.84 n you dont remove the backplate when e hp is on, i dont think there will be any prob.
