I cook salmon with microwave oven, very simple. But of course pan fried tastes better lah...

The best is Wild-Caught Salmon.

But this round, Jaya Grocer offers Organic Farmed Salmon, which I suppose should be quite identical to Wild-Caught.

If no "Organic", probably I will just skipped and get Wild Caught Mackerel
