Current plan 300Mbps RM129, finished contract long already.

Each time TM called, either free router, free TV channel, when I ask regarding SWU plan, no answer.

Then got annoyed with TM, I go registered for Maxis Fibre, I want to try something new, and got many great promo because transfer from Unifi.

Today Unifi called and offered SWU 4.0 300 Mbps, RM119, 6 Months waiver. Is this worth it?

just change as long u get cheaper price than normal price...but u will need to extend the contract for anothe 2 year iinm....so up to u la...if wanna be contract free then dont and survey other options...but bear in mind...other telco still uses TM infra so that will still be a pain in the ass as there will be 2 parties that will be involved...that is the telco and the TM people....if u dont wanna think too much then just go and do the upgrade...atleast u get a 6 month wager unless there are other option than this

In the last SWU offers, they give 500 Mbps(Perpetual) , RM119, 6 Months waiver. Managed to grab this offer in 2023 i guess.

Maybe they become stingy a bit, not offering 500Mbps at RM119 anymore..

was surveying for a fibre plan too and saw maxis now got promo for existing maxis customer

whats the point of staying with unifi when you cant use their service from 8pm to 2am everyday

if you have maxis postpaid you can get rm99 for 300Mbps and unlimited data for all your mobile plan..

If I knew this earlier, I will try to push more, I though it good enough compare to other Unifi offer I got. Missed big time.

I see, the unlimited data for mobile plan quite tempting, with the current 5G speed also so damn laju. But decided to stay with Unifi.

I'm using Unifi at home and Maxis at my office. In terms of technical faults like fiber cable cut off any other stuff Maxis damn slow..... When unifi fix in 24 hours Maxis take long sweet time and gave appointment after 1 week from complaint date

Those called u ARE NOT FROM UNIFI but they are agents, agents not allowed to sell SWU hence they cant offer u.

The last one that called u IS FROM UNIFI retention team. They can offer u SWU or even offer u better (extra rebate).

That is the best offer so far.
Or u may consider lowering to 100mbps coz do u really need 300mbps?

I see, 300Mbps is quite sweet spot, because I also share with brother and sister family.

Got called again but Unifi team, apparently this plan called SWU 4.0 Extra, only got these option:

100Mbps, RM79
300Mbps, RM119
500Mbps. RM139

SWU 3.0 is better than SWU 4.0 Extra. This is funneh.

Because who owns the infra become king maker... Other provider riding on infra considered stepchild.

I'm interested sign up for 100Mbps, RM79, is it open for all the customers?
