It's the ratio of core clock to shader clock.

I use Rivatuner and it links the core/shader together so I just drag accordingly. I believe that is defaulted to 2.6 theory or something else?

It's 2.5x ratio by default actually.

Just got a Chaintech 8800GT 512MB yesterday, its working at stock clocks. If the fan is on default(30%), the load temp can go up to 82'C while playing Crysis. Very high right?

my gc temp is worrying..wif 85% fan, the temp goes up to 75c full load..haih..
is it still ok?or i really2 need to change to 3rd party cooler? |
