time:
u can get more upload speeds for almost all the plans except the highest end one that the upload speed no matter time or unifi are all kept at 500Mbps...
time for now, u get more value for time plans as new customer (in terms of both download and upload for the same price paid to unifi - minus off those existing unifi customers who get super good deal due to all the upgrade exercise)

performance wise for both they are very similar which i would not say which one is better becos i had used both before.

and most of the time u may not even have a choice on which one u can get.

while time is focusing on apartment/condo, which u technically has no choice but to sign for time fibre broadband becos there is a chance that ur apartment/condo has no unifi to select from. of course for selected apartment/condo which they may have both available but not all.

Time better for the following reason.
1. Symmetrical speed up to 500mbps.
2. Cheaper compare to Unifi.

Time is better if you have coverage. Better value for money

Otherwise Unifi but don't simply agree whatever technician or sales person say be aware what they offer
