Hey guys, my digi fibre is down with "no data connection"

6 days already, digi fibre sucks

What is the root cause for this? Everything seems fine, just suddenly no data

I have trierd using my spare router, still same, seems to me the modem got logged out

Digi service sucks to high heaven, you can't talk to any living human to discuss your problem, they have a website based help center where you details your issue and wait for their reply at the webpage, god damn digi fibre

Is Times service better? Seriously want to change

Digi fibre sucks like shit, avoid them at all cost…

No comment about digi but to answer regarding time.

Time if you have coverage
Unifi if you don't have time coverage

No brainer choice, just go for Time if coverage available.

It sucka, mine went offline for 2 weeks, tomorrow appointment come fix, 😭

digi and customer service is non existent... avoid digi at all cost if you prefer better customer support.

now my digi fibre also showing problems lately

Should report to MCMC and request the 2 weeks downtime rebate.

Last year my unifi down 1 week, even got sms from tm inform, i still chat to TM asking rebate, and next bill got discount
