Hitachi months ago already announced to exit air con market. That's why already off meta

Hitachi didnt leave , taken over by bosch . All continue like normal .

Hitachi dont bother marketing because their barang known to be good and reliable . it's just that they are expensive .

Daikin on the other hand, aggressive marketing , but failure rate quite high .

Now the China tech and quality surpasses the Japs and Korean. Used to be loyal to Jap and Korean brands and prepared to pay a premium for quality. But the prices keeps going up and durability is decreasing. Switched to China brands to test out and was pleasantly surprised at their quality and durability today. In many cases, they have the most extensive warranties. No more doubts on China brands especially with the notable ones.

last year install 1, so far ok for me, I mean normal cleaning lar.
Me haven't take out the roller as me thinking doing it once a year during spring cleaning time.
brought this model becos of this simple cleaning step.
If me can do the cleaning 3 times myself, already save a lot if need call aircon guy to service the aircon

Same here, bought the midea all easy pro for the easy cleaning as well

Before this using Panasonic non-inverter, supposed to be less problematic with less of the advanced electronics inverter stuff but end up the compressor unit fan motor KO'ed within 5 months despite not using it on daily basis, managed to claim warranty

After that, changed to midea already then this Panasonic relocate to other room
