Apparently Mo Salah already confirm this will be his final season at Liverpool.

It's taken out of context. He also said it's not entirely up to him, a subtle hint that if the club offers him, he may consider.

QUOTE
“To be fair I was coming to the game [as if] it could be the last time [playing at Old Trafford]. Nobody in the club has talked to me about contracts. It is not up to me, it is up to the club.”

Actually for me, i would prefer a Left footed RW, Chiesa is a Right footer and imo he is more of a LW, but well let's see how we are gona use him.

Chiesa is one of those center forward guys who became a winger...kinda like his father...or Jota...
can play across all front 3 positions...able to cross and somewhat shoot with both feet also...
i think he's one of the few rare italians who can perform in PL... just need to toughen him up abit... maybe a sparring session with vvd or something...

But is he really glassman? Or everyone hype him to be?

Before he switch to juve, there are no injuries. First season with juve, he did ok, play over 40 matches.

2nd season is where he get injured, season ending injury where he missed almost 1 year. Then last season he played in quite a lot of matches.

Of cos he is not injure free like salah, but I feel he is not that injury prone like thiago too

Good news for me. Nike kit socks a lot man. Adidas much better. Remember torres era? So many nice kits during that time and all are from Adidas.

Arne Slot's pre-match press conference vs Nottingham Forest:

Harvey Elliot
QUOTE
“Harvey it’s, of course, a big disappointment for him, but also for us.

“Ok, he didn’t play that much in the first three games, but he played a lot in pre-season and showed himself really well.

“Of course, if he stayed fit, he would have had a lot of playing time in the upcoming fixtures. Now he isn’t and that now gives a chance to someone else.

“First and foremost, it is a blow to himself and, in the end, also for us because availability is important in a phase of the season where we play seven games in 22 days.

“It is a blow for the both of us, but he will work as hard as always to come back in the best possible way.”

Federico Chiesa
QUOTE
"Federico has trained with the team now 3 or 4 times, so lets see how he does today and what decision I make."

Caoimhin Kelleher
QUOTE
"I would be really be worried if a player comes out saying 'I don't care about playing first team football'.

"It's normal that they want to play, but it's also normal that a club like this has more than 11 players that can play.

"As long as they accept their situation by helping the team when the have to, then it's a good place to be in. Caoimhin has shown every time that he's ready."

Ryan Gravenberch
QUOTE
"He's been a midfielder all his life, but maybe he's playing a bit deeper. It's not that much of a difference.

"Ryan came back strong, played some good games and took his chance. If trust means that you play him, then I trust him, but I also trust the others."

Salah, VVD, TAA contract
QUOTE
"It's again the boring answer from me which you're going to get from me as long as there's no news about this, but we don't talk about contract situations over here.

"Is it a distraction? No it isn't, because I'm fully focused on the individuals and the team, and they are part of the team, and trying to work with them in the best possible way to get the best out of them, so it's not a distraction for me at all."

Alexis Mac Allister
QUOTE
“He was out in the last game but he trained with us yesterday,” Slot told reporters on Friday. “I’m expecting Macca to be with us tomorrow.”

Players get no rest in international break
QUOTE
"In some situations I was happy that they played 90.

"For now, it was a present that I got from most national team coaches. Maybe in the future I would sometimes love for it to be a bit different, but it's a positive thing that we're in such a good place that we have 10 players that can play every minute for their national team, it says a lot about the quality we have."
