Chiesa is not ready for EPL away game against top 3 team in the league. All due respect, he scored and looked very promising against Accrington Stanley a League Two team whose only goal was to score at Anfield and didn't park the bus.
As long as he stays fit, keep working hard, he will be a very good asset off the bench and then who knows maybe start 1 or 2 games here and there.
Jota is our most clinical striker but sadly he breaks down after too many minutes so need to be managed wisely for game time. I notice he gets hooked around 60-70 min mark even if he played decently as a starter, probably because no more gas and as precaution. Darwin was supposed to be our main striker but we all know how dependable he is in front of goal.

So those who say Salah Trent and VVD can leave this summer, think again. Salah has a good 2 years in him at the very least. VVD can still play top tier and his leadership on and off the pitch is crucial. Those that mock Trent for his defending, we definitely missed his assists and runs down the right in the last 2 games.
Tie them down at least for 2 seasons.. if next season they turn out crap at least we can still get something in transfer fee. The one who can probably go is Robbo, imagine he doesn't have a single assist this whole season.
I hope after spending close to nothing last summer and this Jan, FSG can at least make 100m available for transfers. If we win the league it is imperative to strengthen because City have already reinforced in Jan and will surely add 1 or 2 more in the summer. We can't rely on them not turning up to the races for 2 seasons straight

not sure how klopp must be feeling. ended the season with 97 and 92 points but still finish second. then to see his successor win the league with 82 points. lol
