Need to spend extra time to attach the internal wire to the wifi card.

Need to be careful not to apply too much force to damage the connector.

This type of wifi is good? Or those with 2 antenna stick out on the back?

All mb wifi use these type of cards. Some are from Intel while other more expensive mb use killer. Just that most would not require antenna assembly.

actually my first time seeing the wifi card not pre-installed for a mobo labelled as wifi incouded
*
The wifi card itself is installed, just that the internal antenna cables need to be attached to the io shield, but to safely attach it, it is better to take the wifi card out to attach the connector first.

The vrm heat sink is very thin and flimsy. Even the coolers cable can slightly lift the heat sink up just by touching it a little.

I have to move the cables further away from the heat sink. It can cause heat issue if not observed.

so whats mid or mini tower combinations with best temperature
*
You mean casing? For me, casing is not the major contributing factor in temperature, or may be I should say casing matters more in air flow than components temperature. Because the components have cooler to manage its' respective temperature, casing has the job to manage the air flow to bring the hot air out. And in different environment, different settings, different user behavior, the same casing will gives different result. So, there is no single solution to all situation.
Personally for me, I will look for casing that behaves good in negative or neutral air flow pressure. Dust is the more of a concern to me than temperature. Also, easy to clean and less gaps that dust will settle in.
