recent months i take corner fast/ uturn/ round about
where the bone shifted sideway until pain very much.

is there a way to counter it

I guess the obvious one is
1. Driver slower when cornering
2. Change better car that handle better at bend + better car seat support
3. Body checkup

Those entry level car usually have very flat seat that doesn't "hug" your body and ass.

How to help? You'll need a proper examination at the very least. The differential diagnoses are endless.

Is this muscular/skeletal?
Is this nervous (eg pinched nerve)
Is this something to do with pleural irritation (eg lungs)
Is this renal (eg kidney stone)?

I wouldn't even know where to start without examining you and ordering tests.

But this is not my area of specialty. My dissertation above is based on my basic internal medical knowledge (which every physician has to do 3 years of postgraduate training in, before subspecializing) ... and you're better served looking for a diagnostician/internal medicine specialist who may then refer you onwards if necessary to the appropriate subspecialty.

If 骨刺 private sector mostly ask you do surgery the time mil do it rm50k+ what i can remember , cost exclude MRI scan etc, janji medical insurance ada RM 150k is more than sufficient

After surgery got to use tongkat, mostly laying down on bed , no way you can bath your self, need 干洗your hair if no one help you bath and frequently wet warm towel clean up your 鸡鸡 etc and a lot of medicine, and mostly the most you need are pain killer that what i can remember

After 2 month you can drive and walk freely but my mil is very old last time take time compared to you
