come to think about it, if potential buyers can pay up to a few hundred RM to get the scrut details of the recond cars they want to purchase, then recond dealers can also pay more and up to a few k RM to alter the real scrut details and make a shit car into a 'good' car, u have to know that recond dealers can earn at least rm20k profit per recond cars they sell, and can earn much more if they managed to get a shit car in and magically make it into a 'good' car, so nothing is stopping them from paying a handsome amount to scrut to fake the details of the recond car

1. recond dealer themselves have the auction paper, it's just a matter they wanna show/give u or not only
2. scrut isn't the only one doing this
3. those auction paper is NOT private information
