So here's the thing, I bought insurance from Shopee before it expired. However after they sent the cover note, they cancelled the policy and said according to their system my id number is different.

I sent them my previous cover note to show it's the same. They haven't replied to me, even after calling them, they said it'd take 5 days to investigate. My insurance is now expired and my money (almost 3k) is held by shopee. We all know what's shopee customer support like - non existent.

Anyway I thought ill get insurance elsewhere, but like myeg is RM 600 more expensive than shopee, does anyone have any recommendations on where to buy car insurance which can process it ASAP?

I got mine from Berjaya Sompo...5 minutes after I made the payment then I got the insurance renewed adi.

Used POI last time for 2 years. Until need to change windscreen under insurance, almost all shop turn it away cz payment slow said them. Wonder if accident. Return back to Etiqa until now
