As long you are not go through the title transfer process, the info will still remaining as before.

So when gov acquired your land, do you go through the name transfer process already?

if ur way of earning to be rich is to scam...just keep quiet
if you wan to do it right, ask the oe who acquire it lo. They might sue you anytime. we wouldnt know what they will do with such scenario.
and if you got $, you can always counter sue when they sue you.

But do know this, you kept quiet knowingly abt this

Just ask the officer in the land office about the discrepancy. If wrong, they will do corrections, if correct, they will explain. Why make your life so hard?

Yes, the land title will have a remark as to the land acquisition. Just check with the land office and have the title amended.

Check in the land search or title if there is caveat registered by the government - if there is, they may then take their own sweet time to do the title perfection

Hi full time lawyer here
Once government acquired your land title will still show the same hektar before but in your ownership section there will indicate government has acquired 1 hektar.

You can choose to ignore you still can proceed to sell this land

Or

You can go land office file a borang(which I assisted my client to do so few years back) to indicate the correct measurement.

Yes so don't worry government didn't give you free land lol

And for additional info yes, it's your duty and not the duty of government to effect the transfer
