Hi I want to know if someone graduate with one of the traditional engineering degrees like mechanical, civil, electrical or chemical from a Malaysian government university and wish to work directly for the government (not GLC) for their whole life, what route should they take to get a role as an engineer? Also how is the yearly increment and bonuses calculated for say, an electrical engineer civil servant? Is it the same as other civil servants or different? Any civil servant engineers here with info? Thanks!
