I’m looking to get the new iMac M4 and am thinking whether I should get the AppleCare+ or not. I think it’s good for portable items like iPhones or MacBooks and not so much for the iMacs as I’m not carrying it around?
According to Google reviews - Their Genius Bar service isn’t very good.
Apple care for accidental damage is more for portable items yes. (Recent news, someone's mbp damaged until folded, was denied coverage). But Apple Care is also extending warranty for hardware failures. Thanks.
