Similar to Nvidia gpu, it has opening on the metal back plate for air flow as well.

Evolv shift 2
Instead of metal side panel, it's fabric covering a plastic frame. The fabric is glued on, not readily removable for cleaning. Top panel is also has a filter, not readily removable as well. The panel is push-release spring loaded. Only 2*usb3.0 Gen 3 cable only. Only power button, the other 2 are for argb. Comes with 1 fan. |

QUOTE(PJng @ May 23 2024, 05:10 PM) Just for upgrade ability in case ram gets even cheaper QUOTE(samftrmd @ May 23 2024, 05:10 PM) Lian li has a new matx casing that looks like an itx for those who want small casing but like you, dislike itx mb. I think it's still big right? Problem is GPU too big I also think itx mb is unnecessary expensive given its limitations. https://lian-li.com/product/a3-matx/ 4060 LP is great invention Itx should pair with 4060lp QUOTE(Rusty Nail @ May 23 2024, 05:12 PM) My only gripe with ITX is that most of them only comes with 2 SATA ports, I'd much prefer 4 for my NAS builds You remind me that I hate itx because it only have 2 NVME slot2 RAM slots pretty ok for most uses, unless you're aiming for quad channel QUOTE(samftrmd @ May 23 2024, 05:41 PM) I always think this type of installation reduce GPU performanceThis post has been edited by vapanel: May 23 2024, 05:46 PM |

QUOTE(knazlee @ May 23 2024, 05:58 PM) Nice. The 16gb a770. Although its a bit overpriced for our market https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MAG-B650M-MORTAR-WIFIWhat MB would you suggest for a b650m bulld? Somewhat decent for a budget build I like the chipset and vrm heatsink. Also, a slightly better audio chip. I just bought it's B760m variant. Remember to check ram qvl before you buy. alfiejr liked this post

I actually don't feel like continue in this thread anymore, but I just want to comment on the casing. I think it's previous design is much better. Material used are more premium. This casing design seems to not account for the tubes and cables. The 2*2.5" is too close together and the opening is also too close the the tray. The SATA cable will need to be bent on the near plug, which is very damaging. As shown in the picture, the tubes need to be twisted to fit in. Various fan cables are too close to the fan. Almost no consideration in the design for the psu cables... I will avoid this casing for my own computer. RT8081 liked this post
