Unless you got WiFi 7 devices, a good AX3000 router will almost guarantee to outperform BE3600 routers when tested with WiFi 6 devices.
And, a good AX3000 routers will almost guarantee to outpeform a BE3600 router on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz signal strength.
