yes.. if you want cheap and you are DIY just use shopee and lazada... buy piece by piece using voucher..

downside is that any problem you need troubleshoot and RMA items is hassle

I already "cut" it for you. Multiple store selling i5-12400F at around RM550.

Well, I used parts from same shop. Perhaps you can try C-Zone. You can still haggle for discount. I can find MSI B760M-E at RM450 from Shopee.

Desktops still give most bang for money vs laptop. At that prices you likely to get a GTX 1650/1660 spec level hardware.

i need desktop as i am using to download torrent as well haha.. no need laptop as i got it for my work related.

If TS budget allows you might want to get the non-F version as the iGPU can be helpful for things like troubleshooting, or act as a buffer card if the graphics card is broken
