I like the mall location.
Many memories for my childhood also.

Very big popular book shop at there before sutera mall open at 2008...

But SKS group/MB world bhd even pacific mall at beside jb custom never revived back until now.


May I know they plan to open back mall or destroy its old building of skudai parade ?

Do they plan to built new condo also?

Their former pacific mall revival is ongoing, resort hotel if I remember correctly

CCM, i thought after Mustafa entry, it is shaping up well. No? I give little knowing about this CCM. Where about is this mall, exactly?

Skudai Parade Mall spreading over 9 acres ( 3.64 hectares ) prime land with more than 300 retail shops on a multi-level shopping podium, 2 residential apartment blocks and parking bays of more than 1,400 cars.


Then this will be a very big project at Skudai Area.

This Capital city mall near country garden central park condo...

This country garden central park,tampoi condo have same price at country garden danga bay...

But no people want to rent room at there.

Now developer introduce a shuttle bus(need to pay bus fares) from tampoi condo to danga bay condo
