developer : Pembangunan Jujur Sejiwa SB
Contractor : Segar Wangi SB

total 63 units
3 storey house, 22ft x 85ft, from RM2.6mil
completion in 2 years time.

anybody can comment on the developer / contractor ? (both are same company as having the same address)

i opined Price quite steep.
RM3mil budget can get a subsale bungalow in Taman Yarl.... why price of new link house now so expensive ya ??

I saw that location quite nice, can I know is freehold or leasehold ya?

another main concern is the developer track record

Now old address landed freehold all above 2 mil… same goes to Tiara Hills at Cheras …

Wow, staying around that area, luckily its landed... Has been worried its a new condo as other threads say its 3rd UOA condo in this area...

Location is really strategic, only thing is a La Salle infront, but should be still ok since its not a big scale school.

Know a bit of this contractor, Tan family, has been in construction for more than 30 years, previously they focus on gov projects, not sure since when they venture into housing

Their land cost is quite high...that's why they have to sell it high to make a profit. They bought the land only less than 2 years ago.

sold out or not, i still think is overprice for a unproven developer record. RM2.7MIL to get a 3 storey house and i dont see it now...

few years ago, there is a semi D project in kinrara, behind the police station, Semi D is only selling like RM2mil. but the project got abandoned. thats why there is a risk when u buying under con and developer is unknown one.

I dare not say this developer's outcome product is good or not... But i can say this developer group has more than 30 years track record in construction, they are not unknown, just that u need to do more homework if u wan to know them more.
As other say, the high price probably due to the prime land price.

Previously the project name was Duta Kinrara, then i believe change to another developer and i think now is completed. its top on the hill. very nice location.

tat price considered so cheap lo

cyber 2 storey terrace also 1m plus

just x2 the price but good location in KL
