in changkat we have bar street, in future jalan klang lama we will have CONDO STREET! I live this area, and there are still a lot of land that can develop into new condo, empty land beside Petalz, huge empty land beside Pear Point/residency V(new condo by Aikbee Group now), empty land beside citizen 1(new condo by radium) before covid i use to stay in kuchai lama, after several years all these condo suddenly pop up, massive condo was built and will be build in kuchai, this area was very good market for doing partition room, madani gov want all partitionr die izzit???

During 2011-2015, many uuu/BBB claimed no more land in kl for new developments, and neglected redevelopment. OKR is a good example
