CCP have energy problem back then when they try shut down the coal plant to support 0 carbon. But cause massive blackout and energy shortage during winter.

So start to reduce the usage and ban mining is 1 of it. 

Ccp also cannot control the money exchange crypto in/outflow. Aka money laundering.

But at the end ccp have to start back the coal plant even after ban the crypto mining. But they are better now as solar, wind turbine, EV and slow down economy absorb it.

TNB shouldn't subsidies your home energy usage. Cause you're wasting the resource and doesn't make money.
