Went to have a look last weekend. Its strata so they sell by unit. Ground floor units were already all booked so we may have been too late. @@
About 2-3Mil for ground floor units which is about 1.5k sq ft and up. A bit on the higher side imo since Puchong Jaya shop lots are going for RM3.5mil for all 3 floors (3 units) Low cost shop lots to be launched in a future date (within the same building but smaller and on the top floor).  |

like it or not, vacant or occupied, have to pay monthly maintenance fee for common are, lift etc better look for conventional individual title shoplot.... xcrue liked this post
