I have not been having fixed line internet at home, never in my life.

Had use :
3G internet with tablet ->  (earlier years since 2010)
4G internet with tablet then found out mod modem ->  (maybe starting late 201x)
5G Yes package with Yeacomm for closed to a year  (since 2023)

No issue at all.  And gaming ?  Haha, good thing I didn't let my kids enjoy that low latency 3D gaming.  Son is now NUS scholar wink.gif

Same here.
Previously was using Maxis Wireless BB with Huawei B660 3G modem , then later migrated to using old 4G phone as hotspot modem ,until I gotten my own 4G mod modem.

Even with my apartment have a ready Unifi / Time port, I still stick to 4G . Wife got her own 5G phone.
The only issue I have is when using Zoom or ClassIN at night, I have to switch LTE Channel manually or else audio streaming lagging.

Gaming, my kids play Roblox, so I dont care.
Then for my own line (DIGI Prepaid Next) i subscribe to Unlimited Hotspot add on.
