dear all bro i need help train pass i will be going to japan on end of april go to osaka -kyoto-tokyo-osaka ,i am planning to buy jr pass is there any chesper way to travel?

i will be going to japan on 20 apr i think i will arrive late around 10 pm on osaka airport and my worry are

1)can i catch a train to kyoto on that time ?

2)the jr pass can i buy there or buy in malaysia better

3)is it easy to catch transportation there?

visa done nw and confirm is kansai international airport
and confirm where to get the jr pass
tq but still abit worry on the railway work there look like more complicated than malaysia
