hello guys,

Just wondering, if I take train from Osaka to Tokyo, and then Tokyo back to Osaka, how much will it actually cost?

I'm actually comparing prices, either to take a return ticket KL-OSAKA-KL, or just one way KL-OSAKA, one way TOKYO-KL.

Thanks in advance guys

Dec won't get any Snow........Snow usually drop from End of Jan to Feb mid.
7 Day JR Rail Pass......28,000 Yen // RM 1,096.

7 Day unlimited sit on any train in Japan for 7 days ( Bullet Train , High speed train , Subway , Monorail )

Note*
If using JR Rail Pass on Shinkanshen are Hikari Class...slower version of bullet train compare to Nozomi Class
If don't want buy JR Rail Pass......you can sit on Nozomi Class Shinkansen.  Tokyo to Osaka price are 14,050 Yen Per Way // RM550

How to get JR Rail Pass , I won't told you....no spoon feed here.....Do your own homework.

I booked ticket AirAsia KL->OSAKA, TOKYO-> KL, 12 Sept - 22 Sept.
Now thinking of the places I wanna go. My Base Plan is:
Osaka-->Kyoto-->Nara-->Tokyo.

Is it sufficient for the amount of days I'm going? Any places that I have skipped that is recommended?

My friend stays in Nara, so plan to visit her also. :-)

I'll be going to Japan this September, Osaka,Kyoto,Nara and Tokyo.. for 10 days plus travelling time..

Just a general question, which is more advisable, to stay in more happening areas such as Shibuya, Shinjuku? or a bit far area such as Asakusa and take train to go places of interest? In terms of cost, accessibility and time?

I'm talking about Tokyo only.
