Just wanna ask something...

I was told that you need a travel adapter if you wanna use your laptop and charge your handphones in Japan...

Do you need a step-down transformer as well, since the voltage there is different from here?

Does a travel adapter comes with this "voltage step-down" function?

I checked my laptop charger and realized that it has only 250V written on the plug >.<

I would need a step-down transformer in this case....

If so, where can I buy one and agak-agak how much will it cost?
