I know what M'sians in general need. They need a NGO which focuses on sick people who don't have the funs or knowledge on who to turn to.

You can set that up, i already see an existing need for it.

penang has. there's one behind my old house in taman lip sin. and they only charged RM 1.

free clinic is possible depending you got the right target. what about targeting orphan houses and poor single parent? if you have a walk-in free clinic ... haha i'm sure some really rich people just walk-in ... well i have seen mercedes entering the government clinic before. XD.

or why don't u have mobile clinic??? i guess this free clinic project really need an in-depth research.

don't give up.

i think you need to look at the legal aspects and also the necessary approvals that's needed in this sort of projects. i'm not too sure how this goes about but you may want to check with ppl from the MOH?

i agree with some of the ppl here. if it's not going to be official like a clinic, you can actually offer house calls for orphanages and old folks homes smile.gif i'm sure they will really appreciate the help they can get.
