I just bought Hankook Ventus prime 4 which is EV certified. got the EV logo printed on the tyres. price wise is cheap. rm280 perdonut for 215/45/17

but I dont use EV tho. lol

coming from potenza ree04 I can say an upgrade in comfort and noise level. Dry grip is also excellent, havent tried on wet as currenly drought at my place. road feedback is less vs potenza but since my current priority is comfor so I'm prety much satisfied with the price that I paid.
