hows the developer track record yea? with the price should be easy to sell, but then with so many high density development there coming up, must be worse for the traffic there. interesting to see how DBKL will imposed those developer to improve the traffice/road when approving the project.

(6 plot of prime land won by Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd) Three of the six plot land will be used for affordable housing , one for Residensi madani (RM200k) and two for Rumawip (RM300k) The area was already cramped with so many high rise development and any new housing project will only lead to further congestion and some other issue .. |
