hows the developer track record yea? with the price should be easy to sell, but then with so many high density development there coming up, must be worse for the traffic there. interesting to see how DBKL will imposed those developer to improve the traffice/road when approving the project.

Chin Hin has so many project in queue, can check their website for more info ..

I heard there will be another 5000 residential unit would be build around puchong/kinrara area "details of what and where will be build remain unclear". (6 plot of prime land won by Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd)

Three of the six plot land will be used for affordable housing , one for Residensi madani (RM200k) and two for Rumawip (RM300k)

The area was already cramped with so many high rise development and any new housing project will only lead to further congestion and some other issue ..

Really tight squeeze at the fringe of Kuala Lumpur, for the sake of getting that "Mukim Petaling, Kuala Lumpur" address I guess biggrin.gif I am currently offered a corner unit, 816sqft, same level as the facility deck (Level 8). Good grab or no?

PROS:
- Freehold
- Speed ramp access
- Nearby LRT stations
- Close to Pavilion Bukit Jalil
- Relatively near IOI Puchong

CONS:
- No nearby MRT station
- High population density
- Heavy traffic, especially near the Awan Besar junction
- Limited housing space; around +-800 square feet
- No balcony

depends on furnishing

still a good price, if this is 1st house good to stay

for goreng maybe no as the value might stay relatively stagnant for 10 years

if looking at other new launches, that is not either under RUMAWIP or Rumah Selangorku scheme, this offering does look a good deal. considering it is coming from a well established developer in a good location.

one might argue on the traffic and the density of the upcoming development in that area, but then again, the property is located side by side with Ayanna, which is selling almost at double the price (of course with a bigger size).
