Swift Energy is principally an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Swift Energy is principally involved in the provision of industrial automation and power system focusing on process control, explosion proof solar photovoltaic systems (ex solar PV), power distribution and other systems.

IPO in conjunction with the listing of Swift Energy on the ACE Market comprising:

(I) Public issue of 250,200,000 new ordinary shares in Swift Energy ("Shares") in the following manner:

50,040,000 Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public;
50,040,000 Shares made available for application by the eligible directors and employees of Swift Energy and its subsidiaries;
125,100,000 Shares made available by way of private placement to selected Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia; and
25,020,000 Shares made available by way of private placement to selected investors; and

(II)  Offer for sale of 54,040,000 existing Shares made available by way of private placement to selected investors.

Every business got debt, there are so call 'good debt' and 'bad debt'. This company debt for business and factory expansion. If debt for business expansion , factory expansion etc are considered good debt.

At an IPO price of RM0.28/share, SWIFT is priced at a trailing PER of 23.9x FY23 core EPS. We value the company at 18x CY25 EPS,
