The way i see it.
KWSP money cant be taxed.
Before this the only way to tax is by:
- withdrawal for health insurance - insurance can be tax for 10%

If gov use kwsp money pool, it will need to repay back 100%.

But, by having us withdraw the money, put into circulation, they can tax it indirectly, increase gov coffers..

If they restart back GST, almost 6% of account 3 can be channeled back to government coffers when we spent that..
