Getting a bit worried.

My phone number was outdated, so went to the kiosk to update my number, and also applied for transfer to Account 3. This was Monday 13 May, 8.30am.

Everyone on this forum seems to be approved within 24 hours, but now it is 48 hours later, and still haven't got the message saying transfer to Account 3 is approved.

Is anyone else in the same boat? Have some urgent requirements so was thinking this EPF would be a blessing.

Do let me know once you get the approval!

After you do the first RM250, then you can do RM30,000 with online verification.

Thanks for updating. I had not received any notification or message, but after your post, I checked, and I could withdraw.

Just submitted so now waiting for thumbprint verification notification - can I just go to EPF tomorrow morning and voluntarily do it even if I don't get the notification?

Yeah they seem to have changed it to 3k.

Anyway after I submitted for withdrawal (one 5 figure last night and one 4 figure this morn) I went to the counter to try do thumbprint but they said I have to wait for the SMS.

But funny thing is, for my initial opt-in also, I checked myself that it was approved, and only got the notification 1 day later lol. So dunno whether to be thick skin and just go again and try this afternoon.

I withdrew 2k+ on Thurs 16/5. Approved on 18/5.

I withdrew 30k on Fri 17/5. Pending on 18/5.

Didn't get SMS, but went to EPF to do thumbprint (try my luck). Counter said even though app said approved and pending, no record on their system. So he said might as well just apply over counter for 32k+.

Now worried that I shot myself in the foot and made things longer -.-
