the ekyc on the app now dont show you the option to do online verification anymore
they ask you to visit epf office for thumbprint verification now upon submitting the claim these kwsp's developers are so goddamn awful and incompetent |

why this sohai app never let me do online e-kyc anymore?(upload ic and do facial recognition)? now will just ask me to do thumbprint verification at epf office wtf is wrong with this dogshit app? laksamana liked this post

For first time kwsp withdrawer, once you take out like rm50, the next time you take over rm250, need to visit epf office for the withdrawal or not?
