over RM30k; must do thumbprint at counter

if never done withdrawal (thus EPF never know you bank account) or switching bank account:
over RM10k; must do thumbprint at kiosk
below RM10k; online e-KYC

individual bank account with IC matching EPF account, ya.

i think EPF wants to make sure you don't use joint accounts, and for large withdrawal amount, want to validate it's really you who are submitting. (maybe get brainwashed counselled "janganlah" by faiz-type at the counter well )

Take several working days.

Next baru can withdraw from Acc3, also min 2 working days.

my "initial transfer"/"pindahan permulaan" took ~15hrs.
my "flexible withdrawal"/"pengeluaran fleksibel" took 3hrs to reach "approved".
earlier morning, withdrawal record shows what i believed meaning "already transferred to bank" dated 13th may.

24 hrs only. Apply Saturday night 11pm, Sunday 2pm can request withdrawal.

then probably nonneed. just sail through i-Akaun app.

if never withdrawn or changing bank account,
by faq, you'll only need to do e-KYC.
don't know how that is done as I didn't need to experience it when withdrawing RM7k. or maybe i did went through e-KYC without realising it. it did ask for TAC.

also don't know if you only need to do e-KYC or thumbprint on 1st attempt only or on each afterward. maybe future attempts nomlonger needed if you account passes through verification and validation the 1st time.

EPF press conf from week before says "24hrs" to convert 70:30 into 75:15:10.
FAQ (when going through withdrawal) says it should take 3-5 days to complete the same.

EPF FAQ says "withdrawal" take 7 days to process.
On summary screen right after submit "withdrawal", it repeats "7 days".
If you check "withdrawal approval" transaction, it says "3 days" pulak.
But to be fair, it could be "7 days" is for completing internal approval, and another "3 days" is for bank transfer outside of EPF control.
