Menurut paparan maklumat di aplikasi KWSP i-Akaun, ahli yang mahu mengeluarkan wang melebihi RM250 perlu melalui proses electronic Know-Your-Customer (e-KYC) secara dalam talian atau menggunakan alternatif lain seperti mengunjungi pejabat KWSP terdekat bagi pengesahan cap jari.

It didn’t state it’s for next withdrawal

The information mentioned if you don’t have any record of withdrawal or your current bank account is different in the record then you need to go to the branch for finger print

In the apps for withdrawal, all it stated for withdrawal more than rm250 need to do e-kỹc

I make 5 figures withdrawal this morning, it only prompt me to add bank account, and accept the terms and conditions

Let see if e-kyc is required but still need to go KWSP for finger print， I have to fly back to Malaysia

ekyc - electronic know ur customer. i believe this is important similar to interview like askingn why tf u want to withdraw so much for? 250 per day enough la.. like that la.. they dont stop you from doing so but just making it hard like go epf for biometric to discourage ppl from overspending.

also they can use this kyc data for analytical purposes

It seems if you had submitted to transfer to acc3, the approval received in less than 24h

Once approved, you can then submit withdrawal, which then goes through another 3-5 days, but this one also some people got approve

I think EPF started working working this weekend because they foreseen the amount of request

Maybe after a month, things will slow down and then will take the actual 3-7 working days

You will only get 250 per day until 30k is disbursed! Lol owai

if withdraw >RM30k; must tumbprint at counter.

if you had never withdraw before (thus EPF never know your bank account), or you have changed your bank account;
if withdraw <RM10k; online e-KYC
if withdraw >RM10k <RM30k; thumbprint at kiosk

i withdraw <RM10k yesterday.
since EPF already have my bank account, it presented option to use same bank account or add new one. i just reuse lorrr. withdrawal is a breeze as next, next, next through the motion.

if i chose to use new bank account instead, i think i will have to do online e-KYC or thumbprint at kiosks or thumbprint at counter.

Mine stated withdrawal only need 3 days
