EPF press conf;
"initial transfer"/"pindahan permulaan" to be processed within 24hr.

EPF website;
"withdrawal"/"pengeluaran" to be processed within 7 days.

previous press conf says 24hrs, but FAQ says will take up-to 5 days to process "initial transfer".

its's written there;

if withdraw >RM30k; must tumbprint at counter.

if you had never withdraw before (thus EPF never know your bank account), or you have changed your bank account;
if withdraw <RM10k; online e-KYC
if withdraw >RM10k <RM30k; thumbprint at kiosk

i withdraw <RM10k yesterday.
since EPF already have my bank account, it presented option to use same bank account or add new one. i just reuse lorrr. withdrawal is a breeze as next, next, next through the motion.

if i chose to use new bank account instead, i think i will have to do online e-KYC or thumbprint at kiosks or thumbprint at counter.

Mine stated withdrawal only need 3 days

somebody paste FAQ yesterday, is ... okay, i forgot was it 7 or 5 days.

but these is my "after submit withdrawal" summary
and another of mine "after approve withdrawal".

so which one? 7 or 5 or 3
no need argue leh. just take the longest 7 days as default.
at least you'll be mighty glad to be get it after 1 day rather than hoping for 3 days and ended up being 2mth (looking at you, LHDN).
