 Maxis Account Refund

Last month I have port out from Maxis Postpaid and change to Hotlink Postpaid. I paid my zerolution device remaining balance & non return charge. Previously there’s a device advance payment of 2k in the Maxis Postpaid account so I had requested refund. Since then there’s no response from Maxis.

Today I tried again (worrying I filled in the request wrongly) but I got the prompt shown in the picture below…

I contacted Maxis Call Centre, they said I am currently Hotlink user thus they transferme to Hotlink Customer Line. But now Hotlink said they can’t check Maxis account and will call me back after investigate.

I am so confused right now…

Eh i thought maxis advanced payment will be credited back in statement, no?

Example advanced payment 2k then it will be 83.35 x23 months + 83 for last month.

Correct me if i'm wrong notworthy.gif

I terminated early so still have balance before I port out. Hereby is the latest statement.

oh still got balance.

no experience with maxis, but if tm unifi, they will issue cheque.
go chase them for the cheque

Maxis refund request page only have 3 options:

1) Transfer to active related Maxis account
2) Refund via Bank Transfer (I opt for this)
3) Refund to Foreign Bank

Lodge a MCMC complaint... don't know why they want to complicate things when their website FAQ stated everything so clearly regarding refund process.

call maxis and give them the (previous) maxis account number, dont give mobile number

They already follow up my MCMC complaint and refunded quickly.

How long it takes for the amount to go into your bank account?
It's so painful dealing with them about this.
